PERIODIC REVIEW AND EVALUATION IS KEY TO A WINNING EFFORT
- MJI provides leadership, processes, and knowledgeable outside experts to assess strategic program direction and evaluate proposal progress throughout the capture planning and proposal development effort.
- MJI capabilities and experience encompass most all "color" review processes and segments, including:
Black Hat Review – assesses client position and solution vs. competition, including risks
Blue Team Review – determines suitability of client Capture Plan and key win strategies
Pink Team Review – assesses detailed programmatic strategies that support major win strategies
Red Team Review – evaluates final client proposal against RFP Evaluation factors
Gold Team Review – assesses and approves final proposal and price/offer for submittal
- The extent of MJI involvement is generally determined at the outset of each review cycle and can take on any form that addresses our client's specific needs and schedule.
- MJI brings to each review a proven MJI Process that has been employed successfully with numerous clients, especially for Pink Team Solution Review and Red Team Final Proposal Review.
- MJI also provides experienced Leadership for each review, and if so directed by our client, specific Subject Matter Experts' whose participation fully complements the client's membership.
- MJI Provides continual management visibility into status and progress; and reviews of final proposal materials are accomplished in the same manner as the Customer Evaluation Team using precise RFP Evaluation Factors and directions, which provides our client with effective direction and recommendations for improvement aimed at finalizing a winning proposal.
