- MJI brings a "Systems Approach" to proposals with the use of its structured, proven and thoroughly tested TheSys® Proposal Management and Development Process.This is an "umbrella" process that includes three key sub-processes: Win Strategy Development, MJI's Automated Proposal Planning Process (MAP3) for proposal planning and detailed strategies/storyboards for proposal development execution.
- MJI provides experienced and qualified Proposal Managers many of whom have supported hundreds of major U.S and International proposals over an extended period of time with MJI, and who are thoroughly skilled and knowledgeable in the application of the MJI Proposal Process, as well as various client processes.
- MJI provides experienced and qualified Proposal Specialists with expertise in all required proposal and program disciplines to serve as surrogates for, or to work alongside the proposal Volume Managers. Each MJI Proposal Manager and Specialist is "triple-hatted"; i.e., each is a trained proposal expert, a subject matter expert, and a proven proposal writer.
- MJI employs a "hands-on" approach, becoming an integral element of the client's proposal team. MJI Executive management provides "Leadership" in all phases of proposal management and development.
