MICHAEL J. IANELLI - President and CEO Mike founded MJI Associates in 1981 based on his personal vision and foresight, and his successful experience in providing management services to clients throughout the world during his executive management careers with Volt Information Sciences and Butler Services. As President and CEO of MJI, he is recognized as one of the “titans” of the proposal management and development consulting industry. As a “hands-on CEO”, he continues to serve MJI’s many clients as a leader of Competitive Assessments, Strategy Development Workshops, and major Reviews. |

KLIVE S. IANELLI - Executive VP Klive is a co-founder of MJI and, as Executive Vice President, she oversees the company's administrative and financial well-being. She is also the company Security Officer with 20 years experience in aerospace and defense administration, finance, and human resources. |
ANTHONY V. PACILIO - Senior VP Tony joined MJI in 1986 after a longstanding career with United Technologies. He has been active in most all MJI Business Development areas with our clients, and is MJI’s training program developer and leader. |

ALAN L. ROTH - Senior VP Al has been involved with MJI from its inception in 1981. He is one of the premier Proposal Managers in the industry, having-worked on hundreds of major U.S and international proposals for virtually all MJI clients. |
ROBERT A. SANZO - VP Client Services Bob joined MJI in 1996 after a successful 25 year career with Frost & Sullivan, where he formed numerous relationships with major aerospace company executives. He heads up the MJI Marketing effort. |

BRIAN WILSON - Director European Operations Brian has represented MJI in Europe from our office in the UK since 2001. Following a 30 year career with the Royal Air Force he was with BAE Systems as a Business Development and Project Management executive. |
JAMES F. ALDRICH – VP Western Operations Fred joined MJI in 2008 after a 17 year career with Raytheon. He contributed to capture/proposal process design, development, deployment, and training; capture/proposal center operations; and to space marketing/ business development activities. He will concentrate on providing and supporting MJI consulting services in the Western U.S. |
